What is blood
Today’s topic is blood.
In general, blood is the red fluid in the body of an animal. But that is not the scientific explanation.
Blood:
Blood is a kind of opaque intracellular fluid in the body. Which is mildly alkaline and saline
Those who are students of science will easily understand what tissue is. But others will have little trouble understanding it. So click here to find out what tissue is.
Come on now
What is blood
What is the function of blood?
The function of the blood is to carry or supply oxygen and nutrients to the cells throughout the body.
Blood transports food, oxygen, and waste products (contaminants) from one part of the body to another.
We easily learned how blood works.
Through what blood reaches the whole body
Blood circulates throughout the body through the blood vessels. Blood vessels are the ones that bring blood to the whole body. To put it bluntly, these work like pipes. Many of us call it raga in Bengali. I will know the details of these below.
What is blood
Why is the color of blood red?
The blood have a contains a type of pigment called hemoglobin, for this hemoglobin the color of the blood is red.
What is blood made of?
Blood is made up of 2 components.
1. Plasma
2. Blood cells.
The details of these are given below.

Details of blood
Blood components
Plasma
It is one of the components of blood which occupies 55% of the blood. That means 55 percent of the blood is plasma. It is called Plasma in English. Its main ingredient is water. It also contains dissolved proteins, inorganic salts and organic compounds.
The foods we eat are digested and mixed with plasma in a special process and transported throughout the body.

Blood cells
In fact, there is no such thing as a blood cell. When the microscope is not developed, some elements floating in the blood juice can be seen. They have been called blood cells ever since.
These cells are now seen after the development of the microscope. But according to the previous practice, they are still called blood cells. Meanwhile, the blood cell components are again three
1 .Red blood cells
2. White blood cells
3. Molecular
What is blood
Red blood cells
There are three types of blood cells in the human body, most of which are red blood cells. It lives up to 120 days. Its main function is to supply oxygen throughout the body. The element that makes blood red is found in these particles.
That element is called hemoglobin. Blood color is red because hemoglobin is red. Red blood cells carry oxygen throughout the body through hemoglobin. Hemoglobin combines with oxygen to contain oxyhemoglobin.
Red blood cells are made in the red bone marrow. And it is deposited in the spleen. It does not have any type of nucleus. Its size is fixed. It is bi-concave circular to see. Because it is red, it is called red blood cell. This is called RBC for short.
Women have far fewer red blood cells than men. The most red blood cells are found in the baby’s body. In every moment of our lives, red blood cells are destroyed and produced. Red blood cells transport carbon-di-oxide in addition to oxygen.
Adult males have four point five to five point five lakhs (4.5-5.5 lakhs) red blood cells in their body. And there are four to five lakhs (4.0-5.0 lakhs) in the body of an adult woman. The baby’s body contains 6 to 7 million and Fetal body contains 8 to 9 million red blood cells.

What is blood
White blood cells
One of the components of blood cells is white blood cells. Unlike red blood cells, they have no specific shape. In simple Bengali, their main job is to destroy germs in the body. While red blood cells are present in all animals, white blood cells are present only in mammals.
They live for 1 to 15 days. The human body contains 4 to 10 thousand white blood cells per cubic meter.
As they do not have hemoglobin in them, their color is white. So they are called white blood cells. In short WBC says.
They contain the presence of DNA and the nucleus
We eat a lot of food all the time and we move around in this environment so that there are many kinds of germs scattered. These germs enter our body with our food and breath.
When germs enter our body, the amount of white blood cells in our body increases which causes the germs to be destroyed.
Structurally, white blood cells are divided into two parts.

Molecular
The third component of blood cells is the molecule. In English it is called platelet. The function of the nucleus encumbers is to help blood clot or clot.
When any part of the body is cut, the molecule becomes active. The nuclei make a substance called thromboplastin that converts prothrombin in the blood into thrombin. Thrombin then converts the fibrinogen of the blood juice into a lattice called the fibrin lattice.
Fibrinogen quickly builds up into a fibrin-like web, which prevents blood from flowing out of the body. In this way the microbiota causes the blood to clot or clot. Vitamin K and calcium ions act as aids in blood clotting.
Molecules live for 5-10 days. There are about two and a half lakh nuclei per cubic milliliter.
If there is no nucleus, if any part of the body is cut, it will not clot. It caused a lot of damage to the human body.
