Blood group

One question that comes to mind when discussing blood is the types of blood. Blood group. We are all human beings. All of us have the same blood color. But why are the groups different? So today we will discuss it in detail.

Blood is one of the most important substances in the human body. It does not belong to the same group in everyone’s body. Different groups in each person’s body. Total is divided into four groups and 2 each.

1.A

1.A +
2.A-

2.B

1.B +
2.B-

3.AB

1.AB +
2.AB-

4.O

1.O +
2.O-

Experiments have shown that two types of antigens are found in red blood cells in the human body.
They are:
1. A
2. B

In addition to the red blood cells, some new substances are found in the material. That is, two types of antibodies are found in the plasma .
They are:
1. a
2. b

Note that antigen and antibody are not one. We both think the same. This thing needs to be taken care of very well.

Group diagnosis using antigens and antibodies

1. People with A antigen and B antibodies in their blood have blood group “A”.

2. Those who have B antigen and antibody in their blood have blood group “B”

3 .People who have A and B antigens in their blood but take any type of antibody have blood group “AB”.

4. People who have an antigen in their blood but have antibodies a and b have blood group “O”.

Blood group Antigen (red blood cell) Antibody (Plasma))
A A b
B B a
AB A,B not
O not a,b

The one who gives blood is called a giver and the one who receives blood is called a receiver. If the antigen in the donor’s body reacts with the recipient’s antibody, there is a lot of risk, so not everyone can donate blood.

If the donor is in the body and the antigen does not react with the antibody, then the donor can donate blood to the recipient. It is not risky to give blood by diagnosing groups on this basis. The following table discusses in detail which group can donate blood to whom.

Doner
Group O- O+ B- B+ A- A+ AB- AB+
R AB+ blood sign blood sign blood sign blood sign blood sign blood sign blood sign blood sign
E AB- blood sign blood sign blood sign blood sign blood sign
C A+ blood sign blood sign blood sign blood sign
I A- blood sign blood sign
V B+ blood sign blood sign blood sign blood sign
E B- blood sign blood sign
R O+ blood sign blood sign
O- blood sign

It is understood from the table above that a person with negative blood can donate blood to everyone. That is why O group is called universal donor.

And people with AB positive blood will be able to receive blood from everyone. So AB group is called universal receiver.

Those who can donate blood

1. O-person can give blood to everyone.
2 .o + Individuals can donate blood to A +, B +, AB +, O +.
3. A- person can give blood to A-, A +, AB-, AB +.
4. A + person can give blood to A +, AB +.
5. B- A person can donate blood to B-, B +, AB-, AB +.
6. B + person can give blood to B +, AB +.
8. AB- The person can give blood to AB-, AB +.
6. AB + person can donate blood to AB +.

Who can take

1.AB + person can take blood from everyone.
2. A person can take blood from O-, A-, B-, AB-.
3. B + person can take blood from O-, O +, B-, B +.
4. B- person can take blood from O-, B-.
5. A + person can take blood from O-, O +, A-A +.
6. A- person can take blood from O-, A-.
.O + person can take blood from O-, O +.
6. O-person can take blood from O-.

What is the Rh factor? What does he need to know about Rh factor?

There is a type of monkey called Rhesus, which has a type of antigen in red blood cells that is found in red blood cells in humans. The name of the monkey is Rhesus Factor or Rh Factor.

Those antigens that are present or found in the body are Rh +, and those that are not present in the body are Rh-

The Rh factor is very important. Especially in the case of newly-weds.

If husband’s Rh +, wife’s Rh-

In the case of husband and wife, if the husband is Rh + and the wife is Rh- then there are many problems. During mating, some Rh + from the husband’s body enters the wife’s body. Their first child is not a problem. But as a result of the second intercourse, Rh + enters the wife’s body again. Combined with the previous Rh + they prevent the birth of a second child. So the couple does not have a second child. However, the second child is infected.

If the husband’s Rh-, the wife’s Rh +

In this case there is no problem of childbirth.

If the husband’s Rh +, the wife’s Rh +

In this case there is no problem of childbirth.

If the husband’s Rh-, the wife’s Rh-

In this case there is no problem of childbirth.

So if the blood test is done before marriage, it will not be a problem in the future of the couple.

Blood carrier

Blood carrier: The one that carries blood i.e. carries blood from one part of the body to another is called blood carrier. In straight Bengali it works like a pipe.

There are mainly three blood carriers

1. Arteries
2. Veins
3. Capillary reticulum

But because it works to carry the heart and blood, many people consider it as a carrier of blood. According to his calculations, there are four blood carriers

1. Arteries
2. Veins
3. Capillary reticulum
4. Heart

We will now know the details including arteries, veins, capillaries.

Blood group

Arteries

In English it is called artery. Its main function is to transport blood from the heart to the rest of the body. Ancient arteries have three layers. Arteries do not have any type of valve. As it has three layers, its groove is narrow.

When the heart contracts, blood travels through the arteries throughout the body. The blood moves like a wave at this time. Which causes the arteries to constrict and dilate. And it tends to vibrate. This vibration is found in our wrists. Which is called pulse vibration.

Arteries usually carry oxygen-rich blood from the heart to the rest of the body.

But the exception is the right artery that carries carbon dioxide blood from the heart to the lungs. It is called the pulmonary artery because it works exceptionally well.

Let’s go.
